(8), 111, (39); 28 text-figures (line-drawings).  Original gray printed stiff wrappers, 8vo.  This is the author’s dissertation which covers the postnatal development of the head muscles, in particular of the masseter muscles, in Papio hamadryas (Cercopithecidae), in relation to the head design.  Püscher was a student at Johann-Wolfgang-Goethe-Universitat in Frankfurt, Germany.  The text is in German.  The front wrapper bears the name stamp of a former owner.  No other ownership marks and no signs of use.
