In addition to the described title, there is another title by Beutenmuller entitled “Notes on the transformations of some North American moths.” The other 19 articles cover all aspects of research conducted at the American Museum of Natural History at the turn of the last century. Bookplate of the Reading Public Museum on the front endpaper and name stamp of same institution on the rear endpaper, faint white call number on the spine; this was a reference copy that never left the Reading Public Museum. There are no other ownership marks and no signs of use.
