The classic work on concealing coloration with excellent color plates.  This book had two previous owners: there is the book plate of Thomas A. Jefferson on the front attached endpaper and the signature of vertebrate paleontologist, Edward Mitchell is also on the same endpaper.  There is also a small circular name stamp of Edward Mitchell on the copyright page along with the date he purchased the volume.  There are no other ownership marks.
